01 About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fable Foundry (the “App”) handles information when you use the game. Fable Foundry is an offline puzzle game featuring fifty challenges across five chapters.
The App is intended for people aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children.
02 Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. Fable Foundry does not ask you to create an account and does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer or to third parties.
The App does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits (SDKs). It does not include advertisements, in-app purchases, online leaderboards, multiplayer sessions, or cloud features.
03 Information stored on your device
To provide the game’s save, continue, and undo features, the App stores a limited amount of gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:
- the selected challenge and the current puzzle attempt;
- accepted moves in the current attempt;
- completed challenges and campaign progress; and
- your preferences for scene animation and touch feedback.
This information is used only to operate the game and preserve your local progress and preferences. It is not sent to us, uploaded to a server, or synchronized between devices.
04 Sharing and third parties
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information, we do not sell, rent, disclose, or share your personal information with third parties. Fable Foundry does not integrate third-party SDKs or connect to external analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
05 Offline functionality
The game’s campaign and puzzle features are available offline after installation. Gameplay does not require an account, an internet connection, cloud storage, or cross-device synchronization.
06 Data security
Fable Foundry does not maintain a remote database of player information. The gameplay information described in this policy remains in the App’s local storage on your device. Please use the security features provided by your device to help protect information stored on it.
07 Adults-only audience
Fable Foundry is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not designed for or directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
08 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or relevant legal requirements change. Any revised version will be published at this same location, with an updated “Last updated” date. Please review this page occasionally for changes.
